We set up Snehal Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited a while back at Babasaheb Pandhrinath Aher's place, gut number 183 in Parala. It is right in the Vaijapur area. We are mostly local people here who deal with farming stuff every day. The office isn't much, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and meet with the other farmers from around the village. Farming in this part of Vaijapur can be tough depending on the rain and the markets, so having this group helps us manage things together. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, what the soil needs this season, and how to get a better price for what we grow. It is not fancy work. Some days we are just moving sacks or checking on the equipment we share. Being at the Aher family spot makes it easy for folks to find us since everyone knows the location. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If someone has a question about a new crop, we sit down and figure it out. It's just us trying to make a living from the land here in Parala. Most of the time, the weather dictates what we do, but having the company registered means we can do things more officially than before. We aren't looking to be some big corporate thing, just a bunch of farmers working together in our own neighborhood.
