Yor Event Management

Yor Event Management is over in Nizampura, Vadodara. We are up on the third floor of the Metric Complex, in room 301. If you are looking for us, the building is right on the Nizampura Main Road, very close to the Ghelani Petrol Pump. It is a busy area and parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache, but we like being in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different venues across the city. The office is where we keep all our files and meet with people to talk about their plans. We deal with all sorts of gatherings, from small family functions to bigger stuff that takes more hands. It takes a lot of lists and keeping track of small details that most people do not want to think about. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team here making sure things happen when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a vendor being late, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that is the job. We have been doing this in Vadodara for a bit now and know most of the local spots and suppliers. It is not a glamorous job like people think, it is mostly just a lot of logistics and staying organized. We just focus on getting the work done so the event actually happens without any major problems.
