World Shop

Our shop is located on the first floor of the Maruti Complex in Nizampura. If you know the area, we are right across from Swami Narayan Nagar. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for quite some time now. The place is filled with all sorts of items that people might need in their daily lives. We don’t really have a big fancy setup, just shelves and a counter where we spend most of our day. The dust from the road tends to drift in, so we are often seen with a duster in hand. It’s a small operation, mostly just us keeping things moving. We open up early and stay until the evening when the street gets a bit quieter. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. Regulars from the nearby apartments stop by to pick up bits and pieces or just to say hello. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving when it gets hot in the afternoons. We handle the inventory ourselves and try to keep things as organized as we can in such a small space. It’s not a polished business, just a local spot where we work hard every day to keep the shelves full and the customers coming back.
