Namosha Minerals

Namosha Minerals is located out at Plot No. 616 in the G.I.D.C. area of Waghodia. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. We deal with minerals and raw materials that come in and go out to different factories. It’s a bit of a gritty job, honestly. My hands are usually dirty by the end of the shift. We’ve been here for a few years now, just keeping the operations running. The shed is big enough for what we do, and we keep the machinery going as much as we can. G.I.D.C. Waghodia is a busy place to be, and being at Plot 616 means we are right in the thick of it. We don't have a fancy office setup; it’s mostly just where we manage the stock and the orders. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like we can't keep up with the loading. We just handle the minerals, weigh them, and make sure the quality is what it should be. It’s straightforward work. No one here wears a suit, that’s for sure. We mostly wear boots and work clothes. If you come by, you’ll probably see the piles of material out front. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It’s a regular business run by regular people who know a lot about minerals and not much about marketing. No fancy brochures here, just the materials and the work we do every single day.
