D D D Minerals is located in Vadodara, right near the police station. Having the station so close means there’s always a bit of activity and sirens going off nearby. We work with minerals, which is often heavy and dusty work, so our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. The site is mostly about logistics and making sure the loads are handled correctly. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for a tour, but it’s where the real work happens. We have a few trucks that come in and out daily, and the yard can get pretty crowded. The sun hits the area hard in the summer, making the outdoor work quite tough, but we just keep at it. We are a small group here, and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just know the routine. Dealing with mineral supplies involves a lot of weighing and checking, which takes up a good chunk of our time. Sometimes the equipment acts up, and we have to spend a few hours fixing things ourselves. It’s a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. We focus on getting the materials where they need to go. Most people in the neighborhood know us as the guys working near the police station. It’s a gritty job, but it’s our living, and we do it honestly every day with our own hands.
