Our facility for 20 Microns Ltd. is situated out on the Jarod-Samalaya Road, specifically at units 172-175 in Village Vadadala. This is in the Savli Taluka of the Vadodara district. It is quite a bit of a distance from the main city, so it’s a much quieter environment overall. The site is large and we have plenty of space for our operations. Most of the people working here come from the local villages nearby. They are hardworking folks who have been with us through many seasons. The work involves handling a lot of earth materials, so the environment is quite industrial. You’ll see a lot of heavy machinery and large storage areas. It’s not the kind of place where people wear fancy clothes. We are usually in our work gear, dealing with the dust and the heat. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, and we often see farmers moving their cattle along the verge. We have a small office on the site where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens out in the sheds. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing fancy slogans. We just focus on the processing work and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. Lunchtime is a quiet affair where we sit together and share food. It’s a very grounded way to work, away from the hustle of the big city. We just get on with it.
