Essen Ceramics

We’ve been running Essen Ceramics for a while now over in Karelibaug. Our place is tucked away in Panchvati Society, right down Bright School Lane off VIP Road. It’s a busy little spot but we like it here. Most days start with us checking the stock and seeing what needs moving. We deal with ceramic items, mostly things people need for their houses or small projects. It isn’t fancy, just a regular shop where we keep things organized the best we can. Sometimes the lane gets crowded when people are dropping kids off at school, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who walk in looking for specific tiles or just wanting to see what colors we have in. The shelves are usually full and it can get a bit dusty if we don't stay on top of it. My desk is right near the front where I can see everyone coming in. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us here making sure the orders go out and the inventory stays right. People from around the society know us by now. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a box is chipped, we set it aside. That’s how we do things. It's a steady life and we’re glad to be part of the Karelibaug community for so many years.
