Bell Granito Ceramica Ltd.

Out here in Gavasad village, things move at a bit of a different pace than in the big city. We are based in the BGCL Colony, which is part of the Bell Granito Ceramica Ltd. operations in the Padra area of Baroda. It is mostly industrial and pretty quiet around these parts. D1/1 is where we keep our main daily tasks going. Since we are in a village setting, everyone around here sort of knows the colony. It is a lot of work involving ceramics and tiles, which is what we do day in and day out. The air is different here than in the middle of Baroda, and we appreciate that. We spend most of our time at the facility or in the colony offices. It is a very practical setup, meant for people who actually work with their hands and manage the logistics of moving heavy materials. There is not much for show here. We have the sheds and the storage areas, and it can get pretty hot during the summer months in Gujarat. We just keep the fans running and stay focused on the work at hand. We are not big on fancy meetings or wearing suits. We just make sure the production and the living colony side of things are running okay for everyone. It is an honest way to spend the day, working out of Padra and making sure the ceramics get where they need to go without any fuss.
