Vip Event & Celebrity Management

Our office is located at C 21 in the Prarambh Complex on Waghodiya Road. If you are looking for us, we are right beside the Mahesh Complex. Waghodiya Road is a major stretch in Vadodara, so there is always a lot of traffic and activity outside. Vip Event & Celebrity Management is run from this unit. It sounds like it might be a glamorous job, but most of the time it’s just us sitting at desks, making endless phone calls and sending messages. We handle a lot of the logistics that people don't see. The office is pretty functional. We have a few computers, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Being in Prarambh Complex is convenient because we have everything we need nearby. We spend a lot of time talking to different people, trying to sync up schedules and making sure everyone is where they need to be. It can get pretty stressful when a date is approaching, and the office usually gets a bit messy with notes and lists everywhere. We aren't a big, slick agency with a reception desk and fancy uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through the details. Vadodara is a good place to be for this kind of work, and Waghodiya Road keeps us connected to everything. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving as best as we can from our spot.
