Synergy Group, Baroda

Synergy Group is based here in Baroda. Our office is actually in a residential complex called Dipali Flats, specifically at P.R.Ghosh 101. It’s inside City Park Society, number 7, on New Sama Road. It’s a quiet area compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. Having the office in the flats gives it a more personal feel. We aren't a big, cold firm. We’re just a small group working out of a flat. We handle various projects and events, and since we’re in a society, we try to keep things low-key. New Sama Road is a good location because it's easy for people to find once they get into the society. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We mostly just work with people we know or those who’ve heard about us from others in Baroda. It’s a simple setup. A couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee. We spend our time coordinating different parts of a project. It’s not always exciting, there's a lot of boring admin work, but it’s part of the job. We like the fact that our neighbors know us. It feels more like a community business than anything else. We just focus on getting the work done properly and making sure we don't miss any of the small details. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we always find a way to pull it together before the deadline arrives.
