You can find Sweetu Caterers over at 55, Sunmilan Society. We are located right on High Tention Road in the Subhanpura area. It is a pretty busy part of town, and the road gets a lot of vehicles passing through at all hours. Our spot in Sunmilan Society is where we do all our planning and most of our prep. The kitchen is usually the heart of the place. We start things early because the food needs time to cook right. There is no shortcut for a good slow-cooked meal. High Tention Road is a good landmark for anyone looking for us in Subhanpura. We’ve been at number 55 for a while, and the neighbors are used to the smell of frying onions and spices. It’s a busy life, running a catering service. We are always counting plates or checking if we have enough gas cylinders. Sometimes things get a little frantic when we are running behind, but we usually catch up. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get the job done. The society is a nice place to be based, even with the noise from the road. We just keep the doors open and the stoves hot. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what keeps us going day after day.
