Shreeji Caterers

Shreeji Caterers operates out of the same space as Gayatri Vastu Bhandar on Chhani Road. It’s a bit of a shared arrangement, but it works for us. We spend most of our time focused on the food and the planning for local events. Being on Chhani Road is convenient since it’s a main artery for the area and we can get to our clients fairly quickly. We aren’t the kind of place with a big receptionist or a lobby. Usually, if you come by, you’ll see us looking over lists or checking on the supplies. It is a practical way to run a business. We handle a lot of the cooking nearby and then transport everything to the venue. The kitchen life is mostly what we know, so we don't spend much time worrying about being "polished" or sounding professional in a corporate way. We’re just regular people who know how to cook for a crowd. Sometimes the days are long, especially during the festival months when everyone seems to be hosting something at the same time. We just take it one order at a time and try to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, balancing the different parts of the business, but we have a routine that works. People in the area know us as the guys near Gayatri Vastu Bhandar, and that’s fine by us. We just keep the kitchen going and do our thing every day.
