The address is listed as 16, Nageshwar Soc, 16, Nageshwar Soc, so that is how we identify the place. The kitchen gets started pretty early in the morning, usually before the sun is even fully up. You can smell the spices and the steam coming out of the windows if you walk past at the right time. We do a lot of the prep work right here, chopping vegetables and getting the big pots ready. It isn't a huge setup, but we make it work. The neighbors are used to the delivery vans coming in and out by now. It is just a regular local business trying to get the food out on time.
