Our place is located at 9, Bala Ji Point, which is on Harni Road. We are pretty close to Rupam Cinema, so that’s usually how people find their way to us if they get lost. We deal with both marble and granite, so there is always plenty of variety at the shop. It’s a good location because Harni Road is easy to get to, and we have enough space to show off the different stones we have in stock. The shop is more of a practical place where we keep the slabs lined up. We don’t have any big sales pitches or fancy displays. People come in, look at the stone, and we tell them what we know about the different batches. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. My staff and I spend the day helping people pick out what they need for their renovations. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple people are in at once, but we try to give everyone a bit of time to choose. The area around Rupam Cinema is usually lively, which is nice for business. We’ve been here long enough that many of the local contractors know us by name. We just focus on keeping the yard organized and making sure the stone is handled carefully so nothing breaks.
