Shree Bholenath Marble

Shree Bholenath Marble is tucked away in the Milan Ind. Estate, at number 37. It’s right on Dharamshinh Desai Road, which connects over to Channai Road. It’s a bit of a noisy area because of all the other small factories and shops nearby, but we like it here. We spend most of our time moving blocks of marble around or checking the inventory. It’s a messy job, really. Your hands get dry from the stone dust and there’s always something to move. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of stone. People come here when they are doing up their homes or maybe a small office. We show them the different colors and patterns. Some are from nearby, others come from further down Channai Road. We’ve been at this spot for some years now. It’s just how we make a living. Usually, the trucks come in early with new slabs, and we have to find space for everything. It gets crowded sometimes. We try to keep things organized, but in a marble yard, that’s easier said than done. If you're looking for us, look for the big stack of white and grey slabs near the entrance of the estate. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just working through the orders we have on the books. Nothing fancy, just us and the stone. It's just how the days go.
