Being in the BH Complex in Karelibaug is quite a trip. We are at GF-7, which is nice because we’re right on the ground floor. It makes it easier for people to just pop in without having to climb any stairs. Swastik Cross Road is right there and it’s always a hub of activity. One of the best landmarks near us is the Utkarsh petrol pump. If I’m giving someone directions, I always tell them to look for the pump first. The complex is older, so it has that lived-in feel. There’s always someone coming or going. Sometimes the parking gets a bit tight, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Inside the shop, we keep things pretty simple. We have our counters and our shelves, and everything has its place, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. I spend a lot of time just managing the front. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we have a small cooler that does the job. People around here are friendly enough. We see the same faces every day, people going to work or heading to the petrol pump. It’s a solid place to be. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We're just here in Karelibaug doing what we do every day. It's not always easy but we stay on top of the work and keep moving along with the rest of the neighborhood.
