Sejal Handicrafts

Sejal Handicrafts is located at Bapu Sadan, which is right near Hotel Surya Palace in the Syajigunj area. It’s an old building, but it serves us well for what we need. We use the rooms here to store a wide variety of handmade items. It’s often quite full, so you have to navigate through narrow paths between the boxes. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the things that come in. If something isn't right, we have to set it aside. It’s a lot of staring at small details. The neighborhood is always buzzing with people going to the hotel or the nearby shops. We get a lot of noise from the street, but we don't pay it much mind anymore. Our team is just a handful of local folks who have been working together for years. We don't really use computers for everything; there are still plenty of notebooks lying around with scrawled entries. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the latest stock. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but we get things done eventually. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It is just us here, making sure the handicrafts are handled with care and sent out on time. Sometimes the days are long, but we just keep plugging away.
