Our office is up on the 8th floor of the Centre Point building. It’s right there on R.C. Dutt Road in the Alkapuri area. Being in a big building like this means there’s always people coming and going in the elevators. S K Patel Exports Pvt Ltd has been based here for quite a while now. It’s a decent space, nothing too over the top or flashy. We have a few windows that look out over the road. Alkapuri is a busy part of town, so there’s always something to see below. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working at our computers. We deal with a lot of shipping details and phone calls. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing all morning. It can get a bit hectic when we have a big deadline coming up. We’ve got some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we handle the logistics of exporting things. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby. Everyone knows each other in the building. We just try to stay on top of our daily tasks. It’s a lot of coordination with people in different places. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls, just calendars and some maps. It gets the job done for us. We like the location because it’s easy for folks to find us. Most days we stay a bit late to finish up.
