At Paramount Farms International Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days at Plot No. C-1-653 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s an interesting mix of being an international company but still feeling like a local shop. We deal with farm-related products, so there’s always a lot of movement involving sacks and crates. The office is right there with the storage area, which makes it easier to keep an eye on everything coming and going. Sometimes the dust from the products gets everywhere, but we’re used to it by now. The crew has been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, to get the heavy loading out of the way. Being in the GIDC estate means we have plenty of neighbors doing all sorts of manufacturing, but we stay focused on our own agricultural side of things. It’s honest work that keeps us on our feet. We don’t have much time for sitting around. When an order comes in, we just get to it. You won't find any fancy rugs or expensive furniture in our place; it’s all practical and built for work. We value the fact that we can do this day in and day out without much fuss. It's just us at the plot, making sure the farming supplies are ready for wherever they need to go next.
