Happinezz Vadilal - Aakar Happinezz Parlour

If you are around Karelibagh, specifically near the Harni Water Tanki, you’ve probably seen our shop. We are Aakar Happinezz Parlour, located in the Samarth Shopping Center. It’s right on Pani Tanki Road. We serve Vadilal ice cream and other treats. It’s a fun place to work because people are usually in a good mood when they come for ice cream. We get a lot of kids after school and families in the evenings. The shop isn't huge, just a few freezers and some space to stand and wait. We try to keep the glass clean, but with so many kids around, there are always fingerprints. That’s just how it goes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now, near the Guru Krupa Society. We know most of the regulars and what flavors they like. It’s not a complicated business. We keep the freezers running, make sure we have enough stock, and serve the people who walk through the door. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the ice cream melting, which is always a bit stressful. But usually, things run smoothly. We don't have a big mission statement. We just sell ice cream in a nice part of Vadodara. It’s a good spot to be, especially when the weather is hot and everyone wants something cold. It keeps us quite busy on the weekends especially.
