Reflect Group

Based in Fatehgunj Khadia, we are just a regular group of people working out of a small space that often feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and the sound of someone typing or talking on the phone in the background. We don't have any of those fancy modern office pods or free snacks. Usually, we just order some tea from the stall around the corner and keep working through the afternoon. The streets around Fatehgunj are always busy, so there’s a lot of noise coming through the windows, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do a bit of everything here and don't really have strict titles for who does what. If something needs to be filed or a client needs an answer, whoever is free just takes care of it. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the people in the nearby shops know us by name. It isn't a polished corporate environment where everything is perfect. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, but we just handle it and move on to the next task. We just focus on getting our daily work finished so we can go home to our families in the evening. It’s nothing special, just a group of us keeping the business running.
