Red Chili Catering

Red Chili Catering is tucked away in Nanichhipwad. We are right near the Ganpati Mandir in Mandvi. If you have ever been to Mandvi, you know the streets are narrow and full of history. We can hear the bells from the Ganpati Mandir all the time. It is a busy part of the old city. Working out of Nanichhipwad has its challenges, especially when we have to move big catering supplies through the small lanes. It’s a very traditional area, and we fit right in. Our building isn't anything new or modern, but it has plenty of space for our big pots and pans. We spend a lot of our time prepping vegetables and getting the spices ready. The air around here usually smells like something cooking. We don't have a website or a fancy office. People just know us because we are near the temple. Mandvi is a place where everyone knows everyone else. We’ve been at this address for years and don't plan on going anywhere. It is a lot of hard work, especially in the heat, but we are used to it. Sometimes the crowds for the temple make it hard to get our trucks in and out. We just wait for a gap and then move fast. It’s a simple business in a very old, lively part of town. We are just Red Chili Catering, doing our daily bit and trying to stay busy. It is what it is.
