Metco Plastic Industries

Metco Plastic Industries is out in the Makarpura GIDC Industrial Estate. Our unit is number 229. If you’ve spent any time in Makarpura, you know it’s just row after row of industrial units. We are one of the smaller ones, I suppose. The building is a standard industrial shed with concrete floors and high ceilings. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. Metco Plastic Industries is where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It’s just a few of us handling everything. We don't have a corporate office with carpets and air conditioning. It’s more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of place. The work is mostly manual, and there’s always something that needs to be moved or fixed. Unit 229 has been our base for a while. We know the neighbors and the guys who run the local snack stall. It’s a bit of a community in the GIDC, even if it looks like just a bunch of factories. We don't do any big promotions. We just rely on the fact that we are here every day doing what we do. Makarpura GIDC 229 is the address, and Metco Plastic Industries is the name on the door. It’s a simple, hardworking setup without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere.
