If you’re driving through the Gidc area, you might pass by us at Plot No. 233 and 238. Advance Syntex Pvt. Ltd. occupies both these spots, which helps since we need the extra room for all the materials we deal with. It’s not exactly a quiet neighborhood, with all the other units around us doing their own thing. We’ve been here for a while and most of the staff have been with us for years. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the production side of things. It gets hot in the summers, especially inside the sheds, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We handle a lot of different requests and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when three things need to happen at once. The guys on the floor are the ones who really know how everything works. We don’t spend a lot of time worrying about how the building looks from the outside as long as the work inside is getting done right. It’s a bit of a maze between the two plots sometimes. You might see us moving stuff back and forth across the yard. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to earn a living and keep the business running. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down and even on weekends sometimes.
