Shri Ajay Industries

Shri Ajay Industries is situated at GF-10 in the RR Auto Complex within the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial unit where we do various manufacturing tasks. The air smells like oil and metal most of the time. We have a few machines that stay running for most of the shift. It’s a small team here. We mostly do work for other bigger companies in the estate. Sometimes they send over parts for us to finish or assemble. It's a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. Our unit isn't very big, so we have to stay organized to make room for everything. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk through the main door and you're in the middle of the shop. We wear our work boots and old clothes because things get messy fast. GIDC is a busy place with lots of trucks and noise. We're used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for some years. Some of the machines are getting old, but we know how to fix them when they act up. We don't have a brochure or any marketing stuff. Most people find us because they heard we do the job right on small orders. We just want to get through the day's tasks and get home to our families. It’s hard work but we are used to the daily grind.
