We are over at Plot No. 810 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Monarch Fiber Foils isn't a very large operation, but we stay busy with the fiber and foil work. The machines we use are loud and take up most of the floor space, so it’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of materials coming in. We’ve been at this location for years, and we know the neighbors well. Working with fiber means there is often a bit of a mess to sweep up at the end of every shift. It gets into everything if you aren't careful. We just wear our work gear and get on with it. The office is just a corner of the building with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't spend much time there because the real work happens on the machines. The GIDC estate is a bit worn down in places, but it's where we belong. We don't have a big sign or anything special to mark the place, just the plot number on the wall. Our focus is just on getting the foils right and making sure they are packed properly so they don’t get damaged. It’s simple, honest work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent business and keep the people we work with happy enough with the orders.
