You can find Marble & Stone India over at Office No. 36/A in the Sardar Estate. We are right opposite the Super Baker on Ajwa Road, which is a pretty easy landmark for most people to find. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for managing the stone business. Most of the real action happens where the materials are stored, but 36/A is where we handle the paperwork and talk to whoever walks in. Ajwa Road is a busy stretch, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We’ve been in Sardar Estate for some time now and have gotten used to the pace of the area. It is a practical environment, filled with other businesses just trying to get through their daily tasks. We don’t have any decorations or fancy furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and some samples of the marble and stone we deal with. We spend our time checking on deliveries and making sure the orders are lined up correctly. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook, and other days it is a bit quieter, giving us a chance to catch up on the filing. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and try to be helpful to anyone who needs some stone for their project. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it seem like anything else. We just work here.
