Radhika Industries

Radhika Industries is located at 883/2 in the G.I.D.C. area. This is a massive industrial zone and can be a bit confusing if you aren't used to all the different numbers on the gates. Our shed is not the biggest one on the block, but it serves us well enough for the work we do every day. The floor is usually covered in some dust or metal shavings because that is just the nature of this kind of industrial work. We have been in this spot for some time now and the neighbors in the other units know us. It gets really hot in the middle of the day, especially under the tin roof, so we usually take a long tea break around four o'clock. There is a small stall just down the road that makes decent tea, which helps us get through the late afternoon shifts. Dealing with the paperwork and the deliveries is just part of the routine here. Sometimes the trucks get delayed or the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside on some plastic chairs and wait it out. It is not like those shiny offices you see in the city center; it is a working space with grease on the walls and tools scattered on the workbenches. We like the grit of the GIDC because everyone around here is doing the same thing, just working and trying to get orders out on time. It is a practical way to spend the day.
