Mody Associates

Mody Associates is located at Plot No. 146-1 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops, so there is never a quiet moment. Our building is a simple structure that focuses on being useful rather than looking good. We have been here for years, and the interior shows the age of the place with worn floors and old wooden desks. We spend our days dealing with various industrial requirements and talking to other business owners in the GIDC. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking specifications on paper. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look polished. Usually, there are blueprints or diagrams spread out over the tables and the smell of grease or metal in the air. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to discuss a project. The work can be a bit grueling when deadlines are tight, but we’ve got a small, solid group of people who know exactly what they are doing. The estate can get quite dusty and loud with all the heavy trucks passing by Plot No. 146-1, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down and the estate gets quiet.
