At C K Associates, we are situated at Plot No. 863-3a in the Gidc Ind. Estate, not too far from the Guj. Communication building. This area is always buzzing with the sounds of industry, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office and workspace are pretty basic, with metal shelving and a few sturdy desks where we handle all our daily business. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and we know most of our neighbors in the estate. The work we do involves a lot of coordination and making sure we have the right materials on hand. It’s not uncommon to see someone with grease on their hands or dust on their clothes because we are a hands-on type of place. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a high-tech lobby. When people come to see us at Plot No. 863-3a, they usually just walk through the main door and find us working. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over orders to make sure nothing gets missed. The summer heat in the GIDC can be pretty intense, so we have a few old fans that we keep running all day long. It’s a practical, no-frills environment where we just focus on getting the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the estate, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back.
