Mahakali Caterers

So, Mahakali Caterers is located in Rajiv Nagar at D/54. It’s a small operation we’ve got going here. We handle a lot of local events, mostly small stuff like birthdays or family dinners where people don't want to cook for twenty people themselves. The kitchen is where I spend most of my time. It's nothing fancy, just some big burners and plenty of space for chopping vegetables. Sometimes my neighbors help out when we have a big order and need extra hands for the packing. It’s a bit loud in the mornings when the van arrives with the fresh produce, but that’s how it goes in a residential area. We’ve had some days where the rain made it hard to get the food out on time, but we always find a way to cover the pots and get them to the customer. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; it’s all written down in a big ledger on the desk. Sometimes I lose my pen and have to scramble to find it while someone is on the phone waiting for a price. It's just a regular local business. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the city, just trying to do a good job for the people in Rajiv Nagar. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but when you see a clean plate at the end, it feels alright for us. It keeps us going every single time we get an order.
