Kuldevi Marble & Granite

Sardar Estate is where we keep things at Kuldevi Marble & Granite. It’s right by the Char Rasta, which stays busy with people going toward Ajwa Road. Kishanwadi is a lively area to have a shop. We have stacks of marble and granite sitting around. Sometimes the traffic at the intersection gets backed up and we just watch the cars while we work. The granite is heavy and gets a bit hot in the afternoon sun. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just the materials and ourselves. It’s a local spot where people from the neighborhood drop in. You can see the slabs from the road. We spend most of our time out here in the yard. It gets a little noisy with the trucks and the horns near the crossing, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The address is Sardar Estate, Char Rasta, near Ajwa Road. We don't really do much besides handle the stone and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure things are where they belong. The dust is everywhere, but that is part of the life. We are just a bunch of guys working with stone in Kishanwadi. If you know the Char Rasta area, you’ve probably passed us a dozen times without thinking much about it. It’s a plain place for plain work, and we stay here until the sun goes down every evening.
