Our office is at 16-B in the Narbada Nagar Society. It’s tucked away in the Divalipura area, right off Old Padara Road. Being in a society like this makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got a small space where we run the export and import side of things. It’s often quiet around here, except for the usual neighborhood sounds like kids playing or someone moving a car. We have desks pushed against the walls to make room for all the files and samples we keep. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paperwork, but that is just the nature of exim work. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years. The road outside is usually busy, but once you turn into the society, it calms down a lot. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone with various people. The furniture is a bit mismatched and old, but it’s comfortable enough for a full day’s work. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or old connections we've had for years. It’s a simple operation. We just try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. It’s a steady way to live for us.
