Jagaji Kothri Stores

Being on Fergusson College Road means we see a lot of life every day. Our store is located near Dashrath, and if you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with students and people just walking around. Jagaji Kothri Stores has been a part of this landscape for a while. We aren't a big supermarket or anything like that. We are more of a local shop where you can find the things you need without wandering through huge aisles. The shelves are packed with all sorts of items, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you are looking for, but we usually know where everything is kept. The morning starts early before the college crowds really pick up. We spend time getting the stock ready and cleaning the front area. FC Road has a specific energy, and being right in the middle of it is interesting. You see the same students walking to class and the same vendors setting up their stalls. It’s a bit dusty and the noise of the traffic never really stops until late at night. We just keep our heads down and serve the people who walk in. There is no fancy decor or air conditioning that works all the time, just the basics. It’s a practical place for practical people. If you are passing by on your way to the college or just exploring the road, you’ll see us there, just like always.
