Our spot is right in the middle of things at M-133 in Connaught Place. Being in this part of town means there’s always noise and people moving around outside. We handle various goods coming in and out, mostly just keeping track of paperwork and shipments that land on our desks. It gets pretty crowded in the office sometimes with all the files stacked up. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails to see where things are stuck. Dealing with imports isn't always straightforward, there are always some delays or forms that didn't get filled out right. We just take it as it comes. It’s a busy place but we like the energy of CP. Sometimes we step out for a quick tea when things get too hectic. The team is just a few of us who’ve known each other for years. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some desks and a lot of coffee. We try to keep things simple. If a shipment is late, we find out why and tell it like it is. No point in making up excuses. It’s a straightforward business and we try to run it that way. The building is old but it has character, and being central makes it easier for people to find us when they need to talk face to face. We're just regular people trying to get things moved from one place to another without too much trouble.
