We are situated right opposite Lal Court near Tad Kathia Naka, which is a very busy part of the Nyay Mandir area. Being in such a central spot means we see a lot of people every day. We’ve been providing catering for various events around here, from small office lunches to bigger family events. Our setup isn't fancy, but we know how to get the job done. The kitchen is always buzzing with activity, especially in the mornings when we start the preparations. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us because they saw us working at a friend's party. We try to keep our prices fair and the food simple. It’s all about the local taste that people in this part of town grew up with. Sometimes the area gets very crowded with traffic, but we’ve learned how to manage our deliveries through the narrow lanes. We have a small team of cooks who have been with us for a long time, and they know exactly how to prepare the traditional dishes. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, serve, and make sure everything is cleaned up afterwards. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. If you’re near Nyay Mandir, you can easily find us. We are usually there working from early morning until the evening.
