Kohinoor Minerals & Construction

We’re out on Alirajpur Road at Plot No. 293 in the Karola Bagh area. Kohinoor Minerals & Construction is a bit of a mix. We deal with construction materials and also handle some of the building work ourselves. Being on the main Alirajpur Road means there’s a lot of dust and noise, but it’s good for getting the trucks in and out easily. The office is pretty basic. It’s mostly just a place to handle the billing and talk to the site foremen when they come in. We’ve got samples of stone and minerals sitting around on the shelves. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team writing for us. It’s just us and the work we do every single day. The weather out here can be tough, especially when it’s hot, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t mind it much. Most of our clients are people from around the district who need stuff for their own small projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries and checking on stock. It’s a straightforward business. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets hectic during the peak construction season. People know where to find us if they need something for a build. It’s just honest work on the road. We stay busy and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down.
