Bell Granito Ceramica Ltd.

We've been out here in Village-Gavasad for a while now. Most people around Taluka-Padra know the spot. Bell Granito Ceramica Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our days, dealing with tiles and clay. It gets pretty dusty, especially in the summer months, but that's just how the work is. The factory floor is always busy with machines running. We started out small and just kept going year after year. Some of the guys have been working here since the beginning, and we've seen the village change quite a bit. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We mostly focus on getting the slabs sorted and making sure the patterns look right before they head out. Sometimes the truck drivers arrive early and have to wait around for the paperwork to be finished. We try to keep things moving so nobody is sitting idle for too long. People stop by asking about different sizes or just to see what’s new in the yard. We don't have a big sales team or a glossy catalog, just the stacks of finished goods ready to go. The weather in Padra can be tough on the equipment, so maintenance takes up a lot of our time on weekends. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, usually just a quick ride through the village roads. There is always a lot of cleaning up to do before we can lock the gates and head home for dinner.
