Aryan Biotech Co. is situated over on Chhani Road, right in the Bei Compound. Most people find us by looking for Mona Tiles, as we are directly opposite them. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery nearby. Our unit, 78/12, is a sturdy building that has been around for quite some time. The floor is concrete and the ceilings are high, which is good for when we have to stack crates. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We wear work boots and old shirts because the job can get a bit messy. The air in the compound always has a bit of a dusty smell, and we keep the big doors open for ventilation during the day. Inside, we have a small partitioned area that serves as an office, but most of the action happens on the main floor. We deal with various biotech materials, and while it sounds complicated, it’s mostly about careful handling and keeping track of batches. We’ve been in this compound long enough to know the other business owners nearby. We help each other out with jump-starting a van or sharing a ladder when needed. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We don't spend money on shiny signs or carpets. We just focus on the stuff we are shipping out and making sure the counts are right.
