Our shop is down on Jhulela Mandir Lane in Sant Kunwar Colony, over in Fatepura. It is a very local spot and we have been here for quite some time now. Most of the people who live around here know us and we know them. We are right in that lane by the mandir, so it is easy to find if you know the area. We do not have a big corporate setup. It is just a practical space where we can get our work done without a lot of fuss. We spend our hours preparing food and making sure everything is fresh for the day. It is a lot of manual labor, chopping vegetables and stirring big pots, but we enjoy the work. We are not into fancy talk or making big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. The neighborhood is friendly and we like being part of the daily life here in Fatepura. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the temple nearby and the kids playing in the lane, but that is just part of the charm. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, you will just find one of us covered in flour or busy with an order. We keep it simple and honest because that is the only way we know how to work.
