You can find Adex India at 403, Krishna Tower, which is right opposite the Bank of Baroda on R.V. Desai Road in Vadodara. We are a division of Tam Media Research, but this office has its own local feel. Being in Krishna Tower means we are right in the middle of a busy area. We spend our time doing media research, which mostly means looking at a lot of data and keeping track of what’s happening in the industry. The office is functional, with plenty of desks and computers. It’s not meant for showing off; it’s meant for working. We have a small group of people here who have been doing this for years. We know the R.V. Desai Road area well and have seen it change over time. Most of our day is spent focusing on the numbers and making sure our records are accurate. We don't use much fancy language around here. If something is wrong with the data, we just stay until it’s fixed. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We don't have big corporate posters on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. The work is detailed and it helps the bigger company run smoothly. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have each morning. That is how we operate in this building.
