20 Microns Ltd

20 Microns Ltd has an office at Shree Darshan Society II, right behind the Induchacha Complex near Chhani Jakat Naka in Baroda. It is a fairly busy area of the city, and our office reflects that energy. We deal with minerals and industrial materials, which sounds very technical, but our day-to-day is mostly about managing piles of papers and talking to people at the processing sites. The room is filled with the smell of old paper and the sound of the printer going off every few minutes. We have some samples of different minerals sitting on a shelf, mostly gathering dust because we don’t move them much. The furniture is the sturdy kind that has been around for years, and the chairs have seen a lot of use. People come in and out, usually in a hurry to get a signature or pick up a document. Baroda is a place where industry is everywhere, and we are just one small part of that big machine. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive coffee machines. We just have a kettle in the corner and enough space to work. It’s a functional place where the focus is on getting the numbers right and making sure the shipments are on track. It is simple, a bit crowded with files, and exactly what we need it to be. The traffic noise from Chhani Jakat Naka reminds us of the world outside while we work.
