You can find us at 347 in the GIDC Industrial Estate over in Waghodiya. It is an industrial area, so there is nothing much to look at except other factories and warehouses. We work with minerals and specialty chemicals, so the place can get a bit dusty despite our cleaning efforts. It is a practical building designed for work, not for looking pretty. There are sacks of materials stacked up and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant during the day shift. Most of us have been working here for quite a while now. We know the layout of the estate like the back of our hands. The commute can be a bit of a drag depending on where you are coming from, but once you are here, the day goes by fast. We do not have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. It is more of a walk-in-and-find-who-you-need kind of place. We spend a lot of time in the lab or out on the floor checking on the batches. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to whatever is running. It is a very hands-on job. We deal with fine powders and minerals all day, so you definitely do not want to wear your best clothes to this office. It is just a straightforward industrial operation where we focus on getting the product right and keeping the machines running without too much trouble.
