Vinod Fast Food

Vinod Fast Food is right there in the Fatehsagar Bombay Bazar area. If you have been to the lake, you have probably walked past us. It is a very busy part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to walk by the water. We stay quite busy during those hours. We make various fast food items that people like to eat while they are out with their friends. The kitchen is small and it gets very hot in there, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a lot of tables, so most people just take their food and find a spot nearby to sit and eat. It is a loud place because of the traffic and the crowds, but that is just how Bombay Bazar is. We start prepping the vegetables and sauces in the afternoon so we are ready for the rush later on. There is always something sizzling on the tawa or frying in the pan. Sometimes it feels like we can barely keep up when a big group shows up all at once. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us working together to get the orders out. It is a lot of standing on your feet all night. We do not try to be anything other than a quick stop for a bite. It is simple food for people who are hungry and in a hurry.
