Vikas Dining Hall & Tiffin Centre

Vikas Dining Hall & Tiffin Centre is our little place over in Sevashram Patho Ki Magri. We spend most of our time dealing with the kitchen and getting the tiffin boxes ready for the people who need them. It is a busy routine every single day. We start early to make sure everything is prepared before the lunch hour hits. Being in Sevashram Patho Ki Magri, we have a lot of regular people who come by or get their food delivered. The dining hall itself is not very large, just some simple tables and chairs for whoever wants to sit down for a meal. We do not have a fancy menu with photos or anything, just what we are making that day. The name Vikas Dining Hall & Tiffin Centre is what is painted on the wall outside. Sometimes the delivery bikes have trouble with the narrow lanes around here, but we manage to get things out on time mostly. We do not really do advertisements or anything like that. People find us because they live nearby or they heard about the tiffins from a neighbor. It is a very local way of running things. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food and the dishes. By the time we finish the evening rush, we are pretty tired, but we get it all cleaned up and ready to do it again tomorrow. It is just honest work in our neighborhood.
