You can find T K Bohra & Co at 9 Ashwini Bazar. We are located on the second floor, so you have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to get to us. The bazar downstairs is always packed with people and it gets quite loud, but it’s a good place to be. Finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache sometimes, though. Once you make it up to our floor, it’s much quieter than the street. We have a fairly small space, but we have managed to fit in all the desks and shelves we need for the business. There are three or four of us here, and we keep busy with the constant stream of paperwork. The lighting isn’t anything special, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing on the files. We’ve been at this spot in Ashwini Bazar for many years now. The floor is a little uneven and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it doesn’t bother us much. It feels like a real workspace. We don’t have assistants or anything like that. If you walk in, you just talk to whoever isn’t on the phone. We spend most of our time typing or looking through records. Sometimes we open the windows, and the sound of the market comes drifting up. It’s a lot of climbing those stairs, but we are used to it by now.
