Our place is at 4-A in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a bit of a different vibe here than in the main markets. It feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some old desks and some fans that keep us cool in the summer. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Most of the people who come to us are locals or have heard about us from someone else. We spend our mornings getting through the mail and our afternoons meeting with folks. It’s a simple routine. We don't really use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell it like it is. If things are busy, they’re busy. If it’s slow, we tidy up a bit. That’s about it for us. We like the quiet of Shivaji Nagar. It suits the way we work. No fuss, just the daily grind. We often have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a good way to take a break. We don't have any corporate manuals or anything like that. We just do things the way they’ve always been done here. It’s a small team, and we all get along well enough. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. Some days the power cuts out and we just wait it out.
