Our office is located over at Kamal Complex on the second floor. Most people around here know the area because of the Udaipur Ice Factory which is right nearby. We have been at this Gulab Bagh address for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same every day. Being on the second floor means a few extra steps, but it keeps us a bit away from the direct noise of the street. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace with the usual office supplies and computers humming along. We don’t really go in for decorations or anything like that. We are mostly focused on the tasks at hand and getting through the pile of documents on our desks. Sometimes the lift in the complex acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It is a busy part of the city, especially with all the commercial activity going on downstairs. We see a lot of the same faces coming through the doors of the complex every week. It feels like a small community in this building. When things get busy during tax season or end of the month, the lights stay on pretty late. It’s a straightforward place to work. We don’t have a big reception area or anything, just a spot for people to sit while we finish up what we are doing. That is just how we operate. We've been doing this long enough to know what works for us and what doesn't.
