S K Nagda & Co

We are way up on the fifth floor of the Lodha Complex. Being at Court Chauraha means there is always noise from the street, but up here in 502, it’s a bit quieter. S K Nagda & Co has been here long enough that the walls could probably tell some stories. We have a lot of books and even more papers. It’s a working office, so don't expect it to look like a magazine. There are usually files sitting on every flat surface. We get a lot of people coming in because of the location near the court. It’s a busy part of the city. We spend our hours going through details and making sure things are right. Sometimes we stay late when the work piles up. The elevator in this building has its moods, so we usually just plan for a bit of a wait. We aren't big on fancy meetings or big words. We just talk like normal people. It’s a practical place. We have our routines, like the morning tea and the afternoon walk to stretch our legs. Dealing with the stuff we do requires some patience. We’ve got a small team and we all know our roles. It’s just a regular office life in a busy complex. That’s what we do here. It gets a bit hot in the summer afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We just try to keep things moving forward for everyone even when things get hectic.
