Pankaj Nevatia & Company is situated in the Emerald Tower over in Hathipole. We are up on the second floor, in room 327. Hathipole is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. The tower itself is a well-known landmark around here. We’ve been here for a good while now. Our office isn't anything spectacular, but it's where we get things done. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we don’t mind it much. The view from the second floor is just the street, but it’s fine for us. We are part of the Udaipur Ho community and our pincode is 313001. We mostly just focus on our clients and the paperwork that piles up. It’s a local operation, so we know many of the people who walk through the door. No one here wears fancy suits unless they really have to. We prefer to keep it casual and friendly. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team. Sometimes we grab lunch from the vendors nearby. Hathipole has some good food. We are usually in the office from morning until evening. It’s a steady pace. We just want to do a decent job and head home. That’s the way we’ve always done it at Emerald Tower. It works for us.
